Overview
WaveRiders Collective needed a site to connect surfers worldwide, focusing on community features like forums and event calendars. Our goal was to design a wave-themed layout with blue gradients and interactive maps. We used agile development, starting with prototypes and iterating based on community input.
The digital strategy included SEO optimization and mobile-first design, ensuring fast load times for global users. We incorporated user-generated content tools to foster engagement.
Result
The site attracted 20,000 new members in three months, with a 50% rise in event participation. WaveRiders gained sponsorships from surf brands, thanks to the vibrant online community.
The redesign solidified their position as a hub for surfing enthusiasts.
